Modern Baggers are heavy, and the factory steel rotors add significant “unsprung weight” to the front wheel. Lyndall solves this by utilizing a CNC-machined 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum inner carrier. This 9-spoke design is drastically lighter than stock, allowing your front suspension to track the pavement more accurately and reducing the effort required to tip the bike into corners. Floating Technology: Say Goodbye to Brake Fade
Modern Harley Brembo-style calipers generate immense friction and heat. Standard solid-mount rotors often warp under these conditions, leading to a pulsing lever and inconsistent stopping power. Lyndall’s Full-Floating architecture allows the high-carbon stainless steel friction ring to expand independently of the aluminum carrier. This ensures the rotor stays perfectly true and centered, providing a predictable, silk-smooth lever feel even during aggressive mountain riding or heavy-loaded touring.
Premium 420 Stainless Steel Friction Ring
