Extreme Lowering: The standard Burly Slammer Shocks measure only 10.5 inches from eye-to-eye. This is typically about a 2-inch drop compared to the stock length on most Dyna models, giving your bike a dramatically low, custom stance.
Preload Adjustable: They feature a 5-position cam-style preload adjuster. While they don’t have rebound or compression adjustments, you can easily adjust the spring tension to tune the ride for your specific weight or a passenger.
Monotube Damper: They utilize a high-pressure gas-charged damper, which is designed to provide consistent damping performance and is a significant upgrade from the stock setup.
Progressive Rate Spring: The springs are progressive-rate, meaning they start soft for a comfortable feel over small bumps and gradually get stiffer toward the end of the travel to help resist bottoming out.

Increased Travel: The Slammer Plus provides almost 2 inches of travel, which is more than the standard Slammer, giving you a slightly better ride quality while keeping the same slammed look.
If your priority is the extremely low stance with a slightly more tolerable ride, the Slammer Plus is the recommended option.
