Each rotor is manufactured from high-grade 420 stainless steel, an alloy specifically chosen for its high friction coefficient and resistance to surface corrosion. Unlike lower-cost stamped rotors, this unit is precision-ground to ensure a perfectly flat and parallel friction surface. Installation Tip: Bedding In Your Brakes

To ensure the longest possible life for your new rotor, it is highly recommended to install brand new brake pads. Whether you choose Organic, Semi-Sintered, or Sintered pads, a new friction surface requires a “bed-in” period. Avoid heavy, panic-style stops for the first 50–100 miles to allow the pads and rotor to transfer a layer of friction material evenly. Always use new rotor bolts and apply blue thread-locker to ensure everything remains secure.
