Unlike traditional rotors with a small center hole, the Spoke Mount design features a large open center designed to bolt directly to the reinforced mounting points on the wheel’s spokes. Biker’s Choice manufactures these rotors to exacting tolerances to ensure perfect alignment with your factory 4-piston Brembo calipers. By utilizing high-carbon 420 Stainless Steel, this rotor offers a high friction coefficient and exceptional resistance to warping, even when slowing down a fully loaded Bagger at highway speeds.

To handle the intense heat generated by modern heavy-weight touring bikes, this rotor features a precision-drilled pattern. This “drilled” design serves several critical performance functions:

This rotor is a direct bolt-on for Harley-Davidson Touring models equipped with factory spoke-mounted wheels. It is designed to match the 11.8″ (300mm) diameter required for the Brembo braking system:

Installation and Maintenance

The Biker’s Choice Spoke Mount rotor is diamond-ground to ensure a perfectly flat surface, which eliminates lever pulse right out of the box. For the best results, Biker’s Choice recommends installing new brake pads to allow for a perfect mate between the new friction surfaces. Use high-quality hardware and follow the factory torque sequence with blue thread-locker to ensure a safe, long-lasting installation.
