Installation Note: Achieve the Mirror Finish

To keep your V-Factor rotor looking its best, we recommend using Organic or Semi-Sintered brake pads (such as Lyndall Z-Plus or EBC V-Pads). These compounds are gentler on the polished surface than full-sintered metallic pads, helping to maintain that mirror-like shine for longer. Always install new rotor bolts and use the manufacturer-recommended torque settings with blue thread-locker. For the best “bed-in,” clean the rotor thoroughly with brake cleaner before your first ride to remove any protective oils or fingerprints.
