• Step 3: Tank Liner: The final white polymer coating that flows into every seam and pinhole, curing into a durable, “plastic” inner skin.

Ethanol-Resistant and Vibration-Proof

Unlike hardware-store sealants, Kreem is specifically formulated to withstand the harsh chemical additives in modern pump gas, including E10 and E15 ethanol blends. Once cured, the liner remains slightly flexible. This is critical for motorcycles and heavy machinery, as it allows the liner to expand and contract with temperature changes and withstand high-frequency vibrations without cracking or peeling away from the tank walls.

Application Pro-Tips

For a successful application, ensure the tank is completely removed from the vehicle. Avoid getting the liner on painted surfaces, as it can be difficult to remove once it begins to set. Kreem recommends a slow, rotating motion during the liner phase to ensure 100% interior coverage, followed by a minimum 24-hour cure time before adding fuel.
